Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. We currently only offer free shipping to Australia. If you are ordering a large amount or if you need faster Internationally shipping, please email us.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Because all our tiles are made to order, we currently have a 1 - 3 day processing time. If you need your order faster, please message us on social media or send us an email and we will see if we can get onto it quicker.

How can I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you will be able to create and log into your customer account where you will find all the information needed for your order. We will also send you an email once we have shipped your order.
Can I order as a gift for someone else?
Yes absolutely! When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. Please make a note on your order or send us an email stating that it is a gift. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
Can I get a refund for my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email and we will do our best to come to a resolution.
